Gels:

The following precast gels are supplied in 10 cm x 10 cm disposable plastic cassettes and are designed to fit into most conventional mini-gel electrophoresis units, such as those manufactured by NOVEX, Serva, Hoefer, Biometra, Scie-Plas etc. If in doubt, please contact us to check whether the cassettes are compatible with your device. All anamed polyacrylamide precast gels include a stacking gel and do not contain SDS. The sample and running buffer (with/without SDS) you select determines whether the electrophoresis will be performed under native or denaturising conditions.
